Ch. 6: When I become a teacher I would like to have more technology in my classroom. I believe that technology is a huge part of today's world and it is necessary to teach children how to use it. Also, using technology in the classroom can help improve a teacher's teaching method. Technology can help improve students' learning.

Ch. 11: One traditional audio technology is the talking book and one emerging technology is the internet radio. One traditional visual technology is the bulletin board and one emerging technology is the digital camera.
I could use the talking book when students are reading. If a student is struggling to read on their own I could allow them to listen to it. I could use the internet radio to allow students to listen to music when they are doing an activity. I could use the bulletin board to put important information for the students on it so they could remember. I could use the digital camera to take pictures of the students and put them up in the classroom.
